You have visited Russian-speaking an author's site of the Ukrainian doctor - researcher. This page acquaints English-speaking colleagues with the basic directions of my researches and invites to scientific cooperation.

About itself. I am the doctor - the anaesthesiologist with 1977. I have various clinical experience in anesthesiology and intensive therapy. Last ten years actively I am engaged in scientific researches. The basic subject of my researches is a hyperbaric oxygenation in intensive therapy, infringement of the oxygen status at critical patients, application of heart rate variabiliti (HRV) for monitoring a functional state of an organism. My researches on use of a HRV during the HBO apply for a high level of novelty.
Last years actively I study clinical epidemiology and technologies of the evidense based medicine.

On these themes I have more than 100 publications, them them more than 60 in magazines. Unfortunately the most part of these publications in Russian and the Ukrainian language. Absence of good practice of the English language does not allow me will prepare an English-speaking site and to translate all publications to the English language. If at you interest to the stated themes I shall be glad to give more detailed information will appear.

I invite to cooperation on directions stated on the main page which remain in a field of my academic and practical interests. Special interest represent:
- Studying a HRV in intensive therapy, in particular, during HBO and anesthesia;
- Educational programs for doctors on evidense based medicine;
- Educational programs on methodology of the organization, carrying out and the analysis of clinical researches;
- Cooperation with physiologists which study an oxygen exchange at a pathology;
- The organization of the Ukrainian service of the HBO within the framework of the European concept of application of this method.
